  • Use optimization software to generate Pilot and Flight Attendant pairing solutions that will be utilized for development of hotel budgets, base analysis and to determine optimal staffing levels throughout the year.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on structural changes such as crew domiciles that will improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance as it relates to the scheduling of crews.
  • Evaluate future proposed marketing schedules to support crew productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous or inconsistent situations
  • Ability to identify, compile and analyze relevant data to develop decision-support models

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (analytical emphasis preferred) or equivalent related work experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of Crew Planning experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with pairing optimization with S3RUS experience preferred
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office products with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong background in analysis of crew schedule solutions with the ability to provide strategic recommendations to management
