The key account manager will be collaborating with internal stakeholders, i.e. Marketing and Trade Marketing as well as with external stakeholders, managing key accounts (modern trade). The incumbent will be a part of the strategic planning team, handling budget steering and seeking to proactively come up with initiatives to achieve top-line regional targets.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient user of MS Office applications
  • 3-5 years’ of experience in modern trade at a multinational FMCG
  • A skilled negotiator with leadership and numerical skils
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant study
  • An accountable & target-oriented individual who sets targets and proactively works to achieve them

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Prepare activity grids, forecasts, and reports of progress to internal & external stakeholders
  • Handle all related activities, e.g. events planning, ROI analysis, and portfolio management
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to steer profitability and generate new sales
  • Resolve any issues faced by customers
  • Handle big accounts by building rapport and generating new business as well as expanding relationships with existing stakeholders
  • Set and achieve top-line regional targets by gaining an understanding of key customer needs
