Serves as an Aerospace Engineer in the Space Mission Analysis Branch (https://sacd.larc.nasa.gov/smab/) of the Systems Analysis and Concepts Directorate (SACD), providing systems analysis support primarily to the Science Mission Directorate. The type of analysis ranges from conceptual to flight project support and from modeling of systems to multi-decadal campaigns. Products are typically used to enable Agency decision-makers to make informed technical, programmatic and budgetary decisions.

- To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level that includes experience with space systems (e.g. concept design and analysis, campaign analysis, mission design and analysis, technology characterization and prioritization, mission/campaign affordability, decision analysis).
