Job Description:

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for developing sophisticated sourcing and recruitment strategies for a broad range of positions. Key duties include identifying and defining the hiring needs of hiring managers, collaborating with key stakeholders, facilitating strategy discussions, and managing the full recruiting cycle. This individual serves as the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Leaders in shaping sourcing and assessment strategies, technology and tools, and cutting-edge recruitment processes by providing subject matter expertise and guidance in order to identify and hire top-notch talent
  • Collaborate with hiring Mangers in advance of open positions to understand staffing needs, develop effective ongoing recruitment strategies, and effectively source applicants through various channels in order to attract both active and passive candidates
  • Develop reports by analyzing key trends, return on investment, and business impact of existing recruiting strategies to provide a basis for data-driven decision-making and business needs, as well as areas for improvement
  • Execute full-cycle, high volume recruiting for a diverse requisition load spanning multiple levels and technologies by screening resumes, facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, creating offer letters/school documentation, and providing effective feedback in order to create an exceptional Candidate experience
  • Generate and audit job descriptions, requisitions, and position-specific pre-screen questions by collaborating with hiring managers, determining needs, and ensuring compliance in order to yield an effective candidate pool
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business, building strong relationships with hiring Leaders and providing them with expert guidance on all aspects of the talent acquisition process in order to identify talent gaps, conduct needs assessments, design and implement innovative staffing solutions, and assist in maintaining a high performing workforce
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Coordinators, and Candidates, throughout the recruiting life cycle by ensuring regular communication, providing progress updates, offering guidance, and responding to questions in order to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood
  • Update the applicant tracking system by ensuring information is regularly documented throughout the hiring process including, but not limited to coding applicant’s status, detailed interview notes, and reasoning behind final decisions

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
